Talent Pool is an activity of Ipsrjobs to find the young qualified talents in various domains through online tests. The main purpose of this initiative is to enable easy and quick placement of the candidates enlisted in the talent pool category. This is made possible by displaying the pooled resources to companies in need of skilled talents. The companies with urgent requirements shall then be able to immediately find talented solutions for their requirements. These talents are selected from aptitudetraining.in, an e-learning portal introduced by IPSR. The registration is free of cost. Those registered are privileged to avail 3 free exams from our web portal www.aptitudetraining.in from various categories of subjects of their choice. Options are available to upgrade the membership to access unlimited aptitude tests.
