To analyze, identify root cause and provide resolutions or workarounds to issues reported within SLA timelines To design, develop and troubleshoot application development. To develop software programs for providing reliable and efficient project/product services. Write code and complete programming. Translate design requirements and specifications into robust implementations on time. Strong understanding and proper use of all aspects of the software development process, product life cycle and Coding Standards. Write down the logic of coding (flowchart or pseudo coding) and get the consent of the team lead before actual coding. Responsible for getting his code reviewed by a team lead. Categorize, analyze and provide feedback on the issue to the client within the stipulated time Proposing, validating and implementing proactive steps in identifying potential issues in the application and regularly following them. Strong understanding and proper use of all aspects of the software development process, product life cycle and Coding Standards. |
