Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tech support - to the concerned software product both development side & client side
- Various server configuring / monitoring
- Diagnosis & trouble shoot technical issues
- Research & identify solutions to software & hardware issues
- To provide accurate tech solutions to clients
- Ensure all issues/ tickets are properly logged
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Good Communications Skills
- Customer Orientation
- Willingness to travel to client sites , anywhere in India
- Good Skills in Software installation / Networking / Support etc
- Qualification: BCA/ BTech - IT/ CS/ EC/ MCA (2019 pass outs)
- Interview will schedule probably in the second week of July.
