Job Description:
Key duties and responsibilities include:
Collaborate with other developers to produce working software that delivers business value and follows established design patterns
Develop, Code or modify, test, and debug application programs of varying degree of complexity
Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments
Troubleshoot production problems within assigned applications software
Work with business users to develop and implement acceptance tests to ensure that product meets customer requirements and expectations.
Implement recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards
 
Skills:
Individual should be very passionate about technology
Should have excellent problem solving/coding skills
Should know how to go about complex/abstract problems and implement them
Excellent Communication Skills
 
 
Salary Details:
Initial one month will be company sponsored training in Python. Salary will not be paid for this month as it is training period with dedicated coach.
Upon successful completion,the candidate will be receiving Initial salary Rs 10000/month.
There will be salary increment twice a year (October and March)
Appraisal Cycle
Appraisal and Salary Review once in every six months (October and March)
Salary increment based on performance (up to 100%)
