Positions Open  :  Systems Engineer  & Senior Systems Engineer – for L2/ L3 Web hosting Support & Server administration

Requirements:
* 1- 5 years experience in Web hosting/Server administration
* Good Linux knowledge is a must.
* L2 / L3 Engineer
* RHCE certification is an added advantage

Description:
* To provide advance technical supports and troubleshooting for the clients
* To deal with international clients and major web hosting providers to managing their servers.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The responsibilities include but not limited to the following;
* To provide live chat support for customers.
* To provide basic customer support through ticketing system.
* To provide proactive Server Maintenance and hardening

Preferred Skills  :
•Excellent written Communication Skill in English
•Excellent Knowledge in Web Hosting Control Panels like Cpanel, Plesk, Direct Admin
•Hands on experience on working on Bare Linux Servers.
•Strong working knowledge in Mail Servers (QMail, Exim, Postfix)
•Well versed in different Web servers such as Apache, Nginx
•Virtualization knowledge such us OpenVZ, Xen Server, KVM
•Cloud Experience: AWS, Google Cloud.
•Excellent knowledge of Server Tweaking, Hardening and other vulnerability fixes.
•Excellent knowledge in Server/Webite migrations
•Skill set to handle Disaster Recovery Procedure, Spamming, DDoS and Hacking Issues.
•Knowledge in PHP, Perl and Bash Scripting is an added advantage
• Must be a good Team player and Able to work independently in 3 shifts to provide 24/7
