Job Description:
Design and implement programs that would enhance the quality of tutoring
Put in place systems and processes, including appropriate documentation,
that will result in flawless process delivery, leading to customer delight
Guide, coach and mentor the tutors
Liaison between customer care team and the tutors
Work as a source of expert subject matter knowledge within the organization
in academics – Teaching-Learning
Suggest and implement novel and creative ideas that could enhance the
overall service delivery by Tutorwaves
Design and prepare assessment test questions and answer keys – with
sufficient blue print
Scan the environment to learn about the changing trends in education/
learning process across the globe and come up with ideas and suggestions
Identify new opportunities for Tutorwaves to grow and expand the scope of
services – geographies/ service offerings
Review lesson plans, teaching materials and assignments prepared by the
tutors and provide feedback
Review live / recorded classes and provide feedback
Spearhead continuous process improvements across the organization,
covering the tutors as well
Prepare quiz/ fun facts or similar informative and interesting content
Help the tutors on questions regarding curriculum/ text books of the students
assigned
Periodically evaluate the progress of the students and the quality of tutoring
Lead the process of recruitment and on-boarding of new tutors
Conduct training and development programs for the EM team/ tutors
Spearhead continuous professional development within the EM team/ tutors
