Job role: Customer Care Executive
>Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
>Keep records of customer inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken Process orders, forms and applications.
>Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer's requests.
>Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Competencies and skills required:
>Good communication skills. Especially writing skill.
>Ability to listen and active problem solving skills.
>Good interpersonal skills.
>Qualification: 12th, Diploma, Degree
Selected candidates will undergo training period for two months from the date of joining. So for first two months they would be provided half of the salary as stipend and from third month onwards they would be provided 10000+ incentives.
