Frequently refresh and verify the support queue of NuCore Support portal for any new incident or support requests
Responsible for resolving support requests came directly to the Support Tracker, as per the Support Process Document.
Assist support head in preparing and maintaining the reports to be prepared monthly and yearly
Responsible for following up with customers/ onsite engineers/ BDM for collecting and clarifying information related to issues
Maintain records on customer complaints
Analyse and clarify customer queries through trouble shooting and researching existing known issues/ knowledge based articles
Work Location: Calicut
