Qualification
Diploma/Science Degree in Chemistry/ECE/IT/CS or Any graduates with Hardware Networking knowledge.

Skills Required
Hardware & Networking knowledge, trouble shooting, managing smooth relations with school management & Communication skills.

Job Requirement

Should checks the functionality of complete systems & networks every day to ensure smooth functioning of the system.
Collate the usage report on weekly basis and share with the school principal to ensure proper usage of the solution.

Should be a helping hand for the teachers to ease their additional responsibilities (ex. Generating report, examination papers etc.)
First point of contact to sought of issues with the setup and its functionality

Constantly in touch with the respective reporting officers and L2 and pass the feedback/Suggestions/content Upgrade requests.

Should motivate teachers to use different tools available along with imparting content knowledge to increase effective usage of solution
Should take feedback from teachers to understand what they expect from us so that we can try our best to implement the same
Sending a weekly report on issues faced by the school and the resolution provided
Ensure and take up the complete ownership of the safety and maintenance of the hardware in the school with a certain regularity- through the maintenance staff available in the school.

Salary - 8000 CTC (Negotiable for right candidate.)

Work Location: Kottayam, Ernakulam, Kannur
