Looking for an Operations Manager with experience in Marketing and Sales (Female Candidate) to organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities
Business development through constant explorations of the existing and new market. Ultimate objective is to meet monthly sales targets. Day to day to communication with sales firm. Establish and maintain good contacts with Specified Segment (Architect, Interior Designer, and Builders & Project Associates). Coordination with our fabrication and assembly third parties to ensure timely delivery. Serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands. Carryout procurement of all components.
Requirements
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Strong prospecting skills, ability to build customer relationships through consultative selling and promoting customer confidence towards the company. Exceptional customer service, thoroughness and self-motivation.

Qualification & Required experience: Bachelors/ Masters Degree in marketing.
Sales & Marketing: 2 to 3 years.
Salary: 12-15k depending on candidate relevant exp and interview performance.
2. Front Desk Representative (Female Candidate)
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Proficient in English (oral and written) excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) Strong communication and people skills

Requires 50% of travel. Should deliver timely support with problem resolution and project completion are the key.
