Benchmark/Propose the latest industry best practices in Performance Management. Develop Process improvement practices and policies. Design and customize performance evaluation tools as per the requirements. Conduct training needs analysis, Preparing the monthly Training Schedule, Review and continually improve the Training modules,Monitoring and reviewing the training progress. Achieve periodic targets in building and transforming technology people resources
Desired candidate profile	2 - 4 years of experience in HR generalist role in IT industry preferred. In depth knowledge in talent development process is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
