education in Computer Sc./Applications or IT
Induction, Background Checks, Submission of documents, Creation of personnel files.
Payroll and Appraisals.
Coordinating with the Accountant for tax processing.
Employee Engagement Activities and Grievance Handling
Hands on Excel experience, Data Base Management
Handling disciplinary actions
Decision making skill at required and critical circumstances
Internal Communication Management
Internal Reporting with respect to matters related to HR, such as status reports, compliance reports, and escalations
Leave, Attendance Management and coordination of Appraisals
Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
High Level Energy and should be proactive.
Knowledge in HR policies and processes
