Qualification:
Engineering Degree in the field of Computer Science. MBA would be preferred.

Experience
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Web, Desktop and Digital technologies.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in iOS, Android, Windows platforms.
Experience with Web Services technology like SOAP, XML-RPC.
Mobile usability Experience with Information Architecture and building user interfaces for customer facing applications.

Skills Required
Knowledge of RDBMS, preferably MySql, MS SQL.
iPhone (Objective-C and the iPhone APIs), Android (SDK and NDK), Windows (.net, Windows 8), Cross platform tools like PhoneGap.
Front end knowledge HTML5, JS and CSS.
Strong knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities, standards, guidelines and software Quality Assurance best practises and methodologies.
Good project management skills. PMP or equivalent qualification preferred.
Excellent written & oral communication and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
Ability to conduct research into application issues and products.
Highly self-motivated and directed.  Keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
Ability to utilize available resources effectively.
