Job Description:

Handling end to end recruitment process

Understanding the IT requirements of Clients

Sourcing, screening and short listing candidates profile from database, portals, and references.
Arranging interview schedules for the Shortlisted candidates

Coordinating the interviews between client and candidates effectively

Creating & maintaining effective & efficient Database

Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level

Acting as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant.

Should have excellent communication skills
