We are looking for highly curious and inquisitive individuals who can take charge of our technical hiring processes. The ideal candidate must have atleast one year minimum extensive experience in IT technical recruitment. The candidate should have good understanding of the latest web and mobile technologies or the ability to learn technical information, fast.
Job Responsibilities:
* Work closely with HR Manager to develop job descriptions and to understand overall needs and requirements.
* Manage full cycle recruiting process to fulfill the staffing requirements of the Company ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
* Attracts and source candidates by placing job advertisements; contacting consultants, using newsgroups and job sites.
* Build strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future talent requirement.
* Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting to deliver the highest quality results.
* Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
* Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
* Ensure that every candidate has a positive interview experience, regardless of outcome.
Skills & Requirements :
* Must have 1-2 years of technical recruiting experience.
* Proven track record recruiting highly sought-after skill sets, especially software engineers.
* Interest and understanding of technology is an absolute must.
* Top-notch communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
* MBA in HR is an added advantage.
