About Internship:
Understand the requirement & Job description as per the company criteria.
Identify vacancies and make tie up with new companies
Sourcing candidates through database, job portals, referrals, social media
Screening and shortlisting resumes based on eligibility criteria
Shortlist and schedule candidates for Interviews
Maintain Candidate tracker
Coordinate training activities for candidates
provide placement assistance for candidates

Skills Required:
Good English communication skills
Good knowledge in Microsoft office tools
