Solid knowledge in TCP/IP and networking protocols
Working knowledge of firewall, switches, and routers
Manage network support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, and resolved
Monitoring network usage and generate relevant reports for management review
Diagnosing escalated network issues & working with various stakeholders such as customers, engineering, vendors etc. and reporting.
