Requirements:

• Engineering Graduate 
• Knowledge of office tools such as Excel/Word/PowerPoint
• Should have excellent communication (written and spoken) skills 
• Should have strong customer service skills 
• Should be multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Should possess strong willingness to learn 
• Should be open to work in 24x7 rotational shifts 
• Should not be pursuing any regular course/educational program which may conflict with the work timings.

Duties:

• Technical troubleshooting and problem resolution to customer queries over phone/email/chat.
• Handle customer enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Prepare complete and accurate documentation about the interaction and update customer records.
