  • Should possess strong willingness to learn 
  • Should be open to work in 24x7 rotational shifts 
  • Should not be pursuing any regular course/educational program which may conflict with the work timings.


  • Technical troubleshooting and problem resolution to customer queries over phone/email/chat.
  • Handle customer enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Prepare complete and accurate documentation about the interaction and update customer records.
