Job Title : Product/Customer Support Engineer

The major areas of responsibilities are included but not limited to :
* Responsibilities include preparation of sales reports, installation of web based applications, etc.
* Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
* Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
* Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
* Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
* Prepare accurate and timely reports and participation in providing training to customers as required
* Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
* Sound awareness of technical aspects of websites and web based issues.
* Excellent communication oral and written communication is a must.
* Knowledge in PHP is a must
