Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Linux Technical Support, Experience in C panel & WHM.
Responsible for all matters regarding quality at the Department.
Responsible for ensuring that all activities affecting the quality of items and services are accomplished in accordance with the quality system manual, procedures, work instructions, and controlled data such as customer order requirements.
Responsible for determining where work instructions are required in their areas of responsibility and for establishing systems for the generation, review, distribution, revision, and control of work instructions.
QM has to regularly monitor the work of employees and has to take appropriate actions where ever necessary.
Sampling should be completed weekly basis with a rate of 5 tickets/week/tech. The count 5 cabe varied based on the work flow. For Techwiz team L2 & L3 monitoring can be verified only through report verification.
Consults with Tech Lead and ensure that both preventive and corrective measures are taken.
