Requirements

• Graduate (BCA/B.Sc in CS) or Diploma in Computer science & networking

• Computer hardware /networking - knowledge in maintenance, configuring & setting up new networks.

• Remote system support exposure for customers across geographies

• Good Customer communication skill to identify customers issues and effectively resolves issues with right communication level.

• Know how to repair First level issues for PC’s or network issues.

• Vendor communication & Management

• Fluency in English

• Be in charge of the LAN/WAN network of a SMB organization

• Fully responsible for the LAN/WAN to be up and running with network & internet connectivity, PC’s & Printers

• Fully utilize current resources to have optimum benefits and advise management for any upgrades to keep networks secure & productive.

• Be able to generate daily or weekly MIS reports to management based on the tech issues addressed and resolved.

• The target of this position is to have ZERO complaints from our customers on tech issues & other relevant issues internally/externally

• Be the Team lead for monitoring our customer sessions/ classes and make sure the expected results are delivered through the designed process and updating management if it can be done in a better way based on technology or better-defined processes.

• Consistently be able to keep up the deliverables of Zero tolerance for certain deliverables assigned by the management.

• Capable of Multitasking with sessions and problem solving across
