Qualification: Any Degree/Diploma

Strong technical background with very good knowledge in Linux
Good communication Skills
Good case documentation skills

Job Requirement
Providing technical helpdesk and voice support to international web hosting clients and data centers
Customer Database Management systems
Hosting Control Panel Operations (cPanel/Plesk)
Basic DNS Management & Troubleshooting
willing to work in rotational shifts

Salary: As per industry Standards
