Skills Required

5+ years of front to mid-tier .NET web application development experience using ASP.NET & C# & MVC Model

2+ years designing and developing enterprise SharePoint 2010 – 2013 solutions

Strong understanding of the ASP.NET page lifecycle with in-depth experience developing ASP.NET 3.5/4.0 server-side code including custom user/server/validation controls

Experience developing web services (WCF / REST) from scratch, AJAX Extensions and consuming authenticated APIs

Experience developing Java Script and using related frameworks such as jQuery, Backbone, etc

Experience developing with CSS 3.0 and HTML 4.0/5.0; SilverLight experience is a plus

Knowledge of Internet security and creating secure applications

Strong understanding of the entire SDLC, particularly Agile/ SCRUM/ iterative methodologies

Windows Azure or Cloud Services experience is a plus

Knowledge of the differences between SharePoint product versions, OOTB capabilities and the requirements for customization

SharePoint Designer/Visual Studio – Design / development/ customization / troubleshooting

SharePoint – Creating customized web-parts / features / solution packages

Creating and deploying SP Packages (.wsp) in Visual Studio

SharePoint Farm Topology- Configuration / administration / PowerShell

Excel Services/ Performance Point– development / dashboards / scorecards / KPIs

Information Architecture (IA)/ Taxonomy

Enterprise Search Configuration

Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Client object model.

Advanced knowledge of SharePoint RESTful interface.

Usage of SharePoint services (user profile, business data connectivity service)
