B.E and MCA not required         

Job Profile:
1.Interest to acquire wide knowledge in Final Domain especially Stock broking                                                                                                         
2. Provide problem analysis and resolve client issues with the aid of available helpdesk tools or escalate issues to the development team for resolution with sufficient information
3.Answer phones calls/email/chat and provide excellent customer service in a timely and efficient manner                                                                                                   
4.Ensure “how to use” knowledge in JAVA, MySql, Linux, Putty etc

Strictly looking for  Male candidates who are willing to work in shifts from 6:00am to 3:00pm and 3:00 Pm to 12 :00pm .
