Job Description:
* provide info about the course to people on phone & walk-ins.
* keep track record of enquiries to follow-up through telecalling.
* conversion of walk-ins into registration to achieve targets.
* to maintain/update record of students etc.
* explain the customers - based on product offers / benefits
* promoting the products
* customer follow-up
* feedback - mails/phones (communication channel)
* Maintain register for the same
* Taking care of attendance & leave application
* Looking after the travel desk of the company with respect to ticket booking (air, rail, and road).
* Taking care of the day to day admin activities of the organization.
* Takes care of the office board
* Handling reception guest & associate calls further guiding them to counseling  
* Maintaining courier records etc.

Designation 2 : Travel Agents

Qualification  :  Any Degree

Experience :  0 - 2 years

Job Description:
Ø  Plan and sell transportations, accommodations, and other travel services.
Ø  Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
Ø  Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers.
Ø  Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment.
Ø  Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
Ø  Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
Ø  Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends.
Ø  Dealing with Passport, Pan Card, Air Tickets, Railway Tickets & Coaches
Ø  Network with tour operators.
Ø  Meet profit and sales targets.

Designation 3 : COUNSELOR

Qualification  :  Any Degree

Experience :  0 - 2 years

Job Description:
Ø  Handling assigned administrative responsibilities, Day to day operations of the Academy.
Ø  Counseling Students and parents about courses and programs.
Ø  Controlling entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support, Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output.
Ø  Interaction with students and parents on routine basis for doubt clearing, general counseling and progress feedback.
Ø  Conduct Parent Teacher Meetings.
Ø  Clarifying of doubts of students and parents as and when required.
Ø  Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.
Ø  Conducting test papers, assignments etc.
Ø  Study material distribution and allocation.
Ø  Co-ordinate with region office on academic & placement matters.
Ø  Fee collection and petty cash management as and when required.
