Assistant Manager-HR (Training & Development)
Company:  A midsized IT company (ltd company) in 20th year of operation. Offering software solutions including those in trending areas like Business Analytics, Machine learning etc. Own a 100% subsidiary in UK. Customers are from both domestic and overseas markets including Europe & UAE. A product company operates in accounting & education domain. Development centers are in Kottayam & Calicut (Cyber Park)
Work Location: Kottayam-Kerala
Salary: Negotiable
Duties & Responsibilities
Ø  Identifying and implementing various cost effective trainings and OD programs to improve organizational effectiveness.
Ø  Build monthly/quarterly training programs.
Ø  Communicate all training programs on timely basis.
Ø  Implementing training KPI ‘s.
Ø  Develop second line leaders, empowerment and transparency in operations.
Ø  Responsible for performance management system.
Ø  Ensure that all increments are based on merit and scientific appraisal system.
Ø  Build and develop company culture.
Ø  Ensure effective utilization of existing manpower by equipping them in multitasking /making them proficient in multiple technologies with the objective of overall cost reduction.
Ø  Coaching and Guiding to be done on ongoing basis in individual’s professional growth.
Ø  Support the HR team in day to day activities and statutory matters. 
·          Must be a people manager.
·          Can lead the training & development activities of an organization with 100+ employees and different branches.
·          Experience on LMS implementation, online training & best practices.
·          Good communication & presentation skills.
·          PG in HR with 1- 3 years’ relevant experience.
·          Experience in IT industry is favorable.
