Designation: Associate Software Engineer-Trainee

Location     : Pune

Requirements:

• Red Hat Certifications like RHCSA, RHCE, are preferred

• Must have graduated within the last year (2025 batch) with a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, in the computer science or IT or AI/ ML

• Apprenticeship Program – 2026, a 6-month full-time apprenticeship designed for 2025 engineering graduates 

• This program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world projects

• Knowledge in programming knowledge in Python, Golang (or similar), Javascript, JS Frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue

• Knowledge in MySQL (or Postgres), MongoDB

• Familiarity with Linux, containers, CI/CD is helpful

• Willing to work in open, collaborative, inclusive, focused on customer experience and innovation

• Familiarity with Agile (Jira),Sonarqube, code reviews, debugging tools, logging & observability tools

• OpenShift (DO180, DO280) will be considered plus
