Role Summary:

ASME apprentices role focuses on improving product stability and customer experience by identifying key issues, creating targeted test cases, and supporting engineering improvements.

What You’ll Work On:

• Investigate and troubleshoot OpenShift and Linux software issues using debugging tools.

• Develop test cases and code fixes for real-world customer scenarios.

• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate testing and automation tasks.

• Work with Git and standard engineering workflows to submit quality code fixes.

• Collaborate with global teams to resolve bugs and improve product quality.

• Support automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Bash/Python scripting and programming skills in C/C++ or Go/Golang

• Understanding of Linux fundamentals, containers, and open-source technologies

• Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD concepts

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker

• Basic knowledge of SQL, data visualization, and debugging tools

• Red Hat certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, or OpenShift certifications are a plus

• Passion for open-source technologies and continuous learning.

Experience:  Freshers / No prior experience
