Designation: Associate System Engineer

Location     : Kochi

Requirements: 

• Hands-on experience in IT Operations.

• Strong foundation in End User Support, Operating Systems, Hardware, Networking basics, and Cloud fundamentals.

•  Exhibit excellent troubleshooting skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues.

• Ability to work in different shifts and adapt to changing schedules.

• Effective communication skills to interact with end-users and collaborate with team members.

• Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

• Relevant certifications in IT, such as MCSA, CCNA, A+ or N+ in HW/Networking, Cloud fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Windows 10, or equivalent.

• Any experience or familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks.

• Understanding of ITIL practices for IT Service Management.

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Salary: 2 - 3 LPA max
