Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or any diagramming tool is a plus.

• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies is preferred.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment.

• Internship or academic project experience in a business analysis or similar role.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or wireframing tools.
