Job Description

Candidate will be responsible For providing first level support on Desktops, Peripherals, Servers and Office automation products.

Responsible for first level administration of desktops, Laptops etc.

Responsible for troubleshooting on Applications and Operating Systems.
Log all the calls, assign it to engineers, track it till closure, and update the user.

Work Location :Kochi

Salary :6500+Allowance
