Requirements: 

• 2-3 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in an E-commerce or digital marketing environment.

• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Facebook Ads), display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

• Hands-on experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or other attribution and analytics tools.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimization strategies.

• Proficiency in A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
