Screening and Short-listing candidates over phone, internet email, 
Post vacancies in Job portals.

Sourcing profiles using Job Portals and social media networks

Manage End to end recruitment process.

Responsible for client coordination.

Format and edit resumes before submitting to clients

Maintain database and tracker of candidates

Follow up with candidates until on board.

Desired Profile

Graduate from any stream.

Good command over English.

Minimum 6 months of consultancy experience

Good knowledge of Sourcing through various Job Portals, Social Networking sites and References
