Requirements: 

• Candidates with RHCE/MCSA/MCSE certification are preferred

• Course completion in Linux

• Course completion in Windows OR Networking OR Computer Hardware Maintenance

• Download, install latest Operating system security patches (Microsoft/Linux) within Production Servers based on the Third-party Audit report

• Production Servers Windows/Linux Operating System hardening as per Third-party Audit report

• Web Application hardening (Windows/Linux) as per Third-party Audit report

• Handling overall security of Production Servers Windows/Linux

• Support as Sanity Contact for the activities scheduled by Customer IT Team like Network activities, Firewall OS upgrade, Switch firmware upgradations. The candidate need to check working of the Production connectivity before and after Customer IT Team activity

• Do activities assigned by internal IT Support team like OS installations, RAM Upgrades, HDD replacements with the support of Onsite Engineer

• Any Degree or 3 Yr Diploma

• English/Hindi communication
