Designation: IT Support Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Intermediate working knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.

• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, load balancing).

• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Familiarity with virtualization and container technologies (VMs, Docker).

• Understanding of security concepts such as IAM, firewalls, and access control.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
