Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

• Experience in pay-per-click advertising.

• Knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

• Experience with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads certifications are a plus.

• Manage and optimize pay-per-click campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

• Conduct keyword research and identify target keywords for campaigns.

• Write and test ad copy to ensure optimal performance.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager to identify areas for improvement.

• Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

• Work with the team to develop and implement A/B testing strategies.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Mr. Jithin who is an IT professional for more than 10 years was earlier worked as the HOD of Computer Science Dept. of St. Thomas College of Engineering and Technology, Kannur. Mr. Rohith was the product manager of various technology products in Kodak Mahindra & ICICI bank before settling in Canada. While Rohith manages the business development and marketing of the organization in Canada, Jithin takes care of the technical solutions from Kerala.

While MTS has clients from different verticals, we have concentrated more on the real estate segment and the majority of our clients are from this vertical.
