Designation: L1 Support Engineer

Location     : Kottayam/Kochi

Requirements: 

• Experience in a L1 support role or similar IT support position.

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux desktop operating systems.

• Basic understanding in networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, firewalls, routers, and switches).

• Basic understanding in server administration (Windows Server, Linux servers).

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, XenServer).

• Awareness in IT security practices and tools (antivirus, anti-malware, encryption).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
