Requirements:
- Working in different hosting platforms like dedicated servers, shared servers, and cloud technologies
- Handling Level 1 requests from clients and escalate the tickets to Level 2 when necessary
- Interact with clients over phone and chat as and when required
- Linux server administration and management
- Monitoring servers and services working in shifts on a 24*7 basis
- Act as first level of support for all client requests
- Attend training sessions and do self-learning on latest technologies under Cloud and DevOps platforms
- Provide DevOps support to clients and developers
- RHCE / AWS certification is preferable
- Qualification : B. Tech / B.E
- Experience : 0 to 6 months
