Designation:  Linux Engineer

Location     : Calicut

Requirements: 

• Provide timely and professional technical support to customers via email, phone, or chat.

• Manage product license provisioning, renewals, and related requests.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to internal teams when necessary.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and resolve recurring issues.

• Guide customers through product setup, configuration, and onboarding processes.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system.

• Create and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and documentation to improve self-service resources.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented support.
