Qualification & Requirements :
* 2-4 years related work experience in IT operations or services
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering/application
* Self starter with high motivation, leadership skills and start-up culture
* In-depth knowledge of Linux or Windows OS
* In-depth knowledge of hosting and cloud infrastructure and service models – IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
* In-depth knowledge of web technology, high-availability architecture, infrastructure scalability & performance
* Good knowledge of network and database concepts
* Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Good knowledge of information security standards, data protection and compliances
* Good knowledge of managed services, service delivery, SLAs, customer satisfaction
* Good written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical and business solutions
* Industry certifications such as RHEL, ITIL v3.0
Experience : 2 - 5 years
Job Description :
* 24×7 Monitoring of heterogeneous production, staging environments
* Identify, troubleshoot and escalate system incidents and alerts per SLAs
* Troubleshoot and resolve network, server and software problems
* Maintain uptime/availability of servers and services per SLAs
* Install/patch OS and web applications tools
* Design and develop scripts/tools for automation and reports delivery
* Build and deploy web applications to staging/production environments
* Create and maintain Runbook, technical and operational documents
* Provide technical support to clients and endusers
* Conduct root cause analysis and initiate and/or recommend corrective actions
* Coordinate/attend client and internal technical meetings
* Plan, schedule and ensure timely project deliverables, milestones and SLAs
* Lead identification and development of operational tools and systems
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and timeliness of deliverables
* Develop system to provide timely reports for management that include operational and performance metrics and customer satisfaction levels
