Responsibilities:

• Pre sales & After sales services

• Excellent Customer Relation for our clients and the rest of the Business

• Accurate and efficient record keeping and system maintenance

• Will be working as part of the Marketing team in the IT services department
• Involve in product related marketing activities
• Lead Generation

• Communicate with Web Project Manager, Product Teams and the Department on a regular basis, ensuring marketing tasks are prioritized, organized and scheduled  

• Communicates and organizes all Client support  requests , priorities, and determine schedules  

• Work with Web Product Teams to gather design and development assets for sites and marketing

• Responsible for providing information regarding web projects & web updates

• Excellent and effective working relationships with internal and external clients

• Coordinate all activities in marketing department
• Preparation of technical / commercial Proposals & Agreements
  Skills Required:

• Technical background preferred
• Marketing skills
• Good communication & mail drafting skills
• Working knowledge of computer applications, including those involving: word processing, spreadsheets, PDF creation,  google doc. 
• Working knowledge of the World Wide Web, basic Web site terminology and Web site usage. 
• Excellent time management skills

Marketing Experience in IT Industry - candidates preferred
