Designation:   OpenShift & OpenStack Architect

Location    : Remote

Requirements: 

• Red Hat Certification is mandatory 

• 7–10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and platform engineering.

• 3+ years of hands-on architecture experience in:

• Red Hat OpenStack Platform (RHOSP) or community OpenStack

• Red Hat OpenShift (v4.x)

• Deep understanding of: OpenStack services (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, Horizon, Swift, Heat)

• Kubernetes internals, Operators, and GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD)

• CI/CD pipelines, container registries, and service mesh (Istio/SMCP)

• Experience deploying OpenStack and OpenShift in production, high-availability environments.

• Familiar with network virtualization (OVN/OVS), SDN, and storage backends (Ceph, NFS, iSCSI).

• Automation and scripting skills: Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Python

• Strong security and compliance mindset (TLS, RBAC, image scanning, identity federation).

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
