Strict Help-desk Monitoring & Live chat handling.
Server Monitoring and Domain Name Management.
Customer Relationship Management.
Provide basic customer support through ticketing system
Provide Proactive Server Maintenance and Hardening
Activities of Linux Support / Online Training Division / Internship Programme
Undergo necessary training for equipping yourself and gaining proficiency to handle assignments as per the company’s requirement.
Assist software Development team in real time overseas and domestic projects.
Experience : 0-2 years
Location : Kottayam
Qualification :Degree with RHCE
