About the company  :
Gaytes Information Systems Private Ltd. is an IT company providing CTI solutions in Call centre solutions, Call accounting, Call loggers etc.

Job Details:
*  Engineer would be a resident engineer at one of the client's site and would be handling all the support related  issues mainly concerning call loggers  at the client end.Should have EPBX knowledge, computer hardware installation and troubleshooting of hardware issues.
*  He should be well versed in the installation of Windows OS, Linux and CentOS. He should have good knowledge of Linux commands. RedHat or similar certification is an additional plus.
*  Any kind of coordination between the HO, branch & the client side. Engineer would be handling all the local branches of the clients either physically or taking the sites on remote. If further escalation required then can take support from the HO. Engineer would be maintaining site readiness reports, installation reports. Would be maintaining client sides system info. Would be expected to take daily backup of the data, maintaining records and generating reports.
*  People with working experience on call loggers shall be preferred.

Salary  :  Starting from Rs. 8000/- per month to Rs. 20,000/-.
