The successful candidate will be a BE/B.Tech graduate with a good academic record, a good knowledge of programming languages, a good logical skill. You will possess strong analytical skills and be able to work independently, prioritize tasks and proactively solve problems; have solid working principles and a passion for working with new technologies and complex systems. Personally, you’ll be a self-organizing team player who can handle stress and time pressure, have good communication skills, a desire to achieve and deliver results and a willingness to learn. You should be looking to grow professionally within a highly experienced international team in a multicultural environment and respecting cultural differences within a company with offices in Europe and India. You’ll be able to present your ideas clearly and be responsive to the needs of customers wherever they may be – and that might mean occasional travel.
