3 months Performance assessment: Stipend – 7000
After completing performance assessment: Salary – 13000

Mandatory clause:
1. All selected candidates will have to sign 1 year commitment agreement, which would be legally valid. No security deposit needed, but incase the candidate leaves before this 1 year then a compensation of 1 lakh rupees will have to be paid. The educational certificates will be with us till this 1 year time as security.
2. Salary Split - 70% Fixed & 30% Variable (Variable depends upon the monthly target achievement and performance)
