Requirements:

• B.Tech / B.E / BCA / MCA / Diploma in Computer Science or related field

• The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in Linux systems, Database Management, and Mobile Application Support (Android & iOS).

• Candidates will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting application issues, supporting mobile platforms, and ensuring smooth system operations for customers and internal teams.

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for web and mobile applications.

• Diagnose and resolve customer-reported issues efficiently.

• Monitor application performance and system health.

• Handle incident management and service requests.

• Perform basic Linux server operations and troubleshooting.

• Monitor services, logs, and running processes.

• Execute basic shell commands for debugging.

• Support deployment and environment verification activities.
