Support Engineers (L1) in Zafin

Experience:1-2 years

Skills Required
Advanced proficiency in MS-Office is mandatory.

Experience in providing Level 1 i.e. L1 support on networking / application / production
databases on a global scale with an in-depth understanding of SLA(s) is required.
Basic knowledge in SQL or PL/SQL is desirable
Working knowledge on UNIX is desirable.
A computer course in either or JAVA or ORACLE is desirable
Experience in technical troubleshooting on networking / application / production

Job Responsibilities:
Provide L1production support for our global clients.
Be well versed with the Zafin Labs’ client SLA agreements.
Liaise with other onsite or offshore Customer Engineering and Project Delivery teams as and
when required to facilitate in provision of timely resolution to customer requests.
Will be required to work in shifts inclusive of weekends as part of L1.
Responsible for opening, tracking, evaluating, prioritizing and closing tickets.
Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction with timely response as per SLA definitions.
Prepare the team level plan, work out the task level schedule, track the tasks from start to end
Responsible to ensure timely escalation to CE and CMG team for L2 or L3 resolutions.
