Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Linux distributions (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL, etc.).,
- Familiarity with the Linux command line and shell scripting, and network.
- Installation of various flavors of linux operating systems.
- Basic knowledge in hardware and networking ( switches, routers, firewall )
- Basic understanding and knowledge in AWS and Cpanel operations.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot common system and application issues.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in different shift times.
- Monitor and maintain Linux servers and system performance.
- Perform basic system administration tasks such as:
- User and group management.
- File system management.
- Permissions and ownership configurations.
- Install and update software packages and patches using package managers (e.g., apt, yum, dnf).
- Configure and manage services such as SSH, cron jobs, and basic firewall settings.
- Perform system backups and restore procedures.
- Monitor system logs and respond to basic alerts or incidents.
- Assist in basic network troubleshooting and configuration (e.g., IP setup, DNS, routing).
- Create and maintain documentation for procedures and configurations.
