Requirements: 

• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, LAN, and network devices.

• Help monitor network performance, firewalls, and internet connectivity to ensure system availability and security.

• Support basic endpoint security and VPN configurations.

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Assist in troubleshooting and documenting issues and solutions.

• Help maintain asset inventory of IT equipment and licenses.

• Perform routine data backups and assist with recovery procedures as needed.

• Support in installing and updating desktop and server applications.

• Assist in maintaining Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, and basic Linux/Ubuntu administration.

• Support configuration and use of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365.

• Participate in IT documentation of processes and setups.

• Work under the guidance of senior IT staff to learn and implement security best practices.

• Learn and assist with tools for system and network monitoring.
